Mumm Napa wanted to invigorate their stagnant social media presence and leverage the medium to spread brand messaging and increase positive customer service opportunities.     • Mumm Napa’s social media following increased exponentially in the first year of the program and continues to grow at a steady pace. Consumer engagement has increased on both Facebook and Twitter and continues to grow as well.
