		<description>Great to see a PR firm that &quot;gets it.&quot; -- that understands it&#039;s importance and more importantly, that it&#039;s about building a relationship vs. &#039;controlling the message&#039; -- or trying to control the outcome. I also agree that it&#039;s important to leverage your company&#039;s values.. After all, a company&#039;s culture will have a big impact on its probability of being successful on a social network.</description>
